Monica resides in Perrysburg, OH with her husband James and daughters, Frankie Louise and Joey Michelle.

Monica attended BGSU where she received her bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Before graduating from BGSU, Monica accepted a position with American Family as an Agent-In- Training. In 2015, Monica opened the office in Toledo. In 2016, Monica opened a location in Upper Sandusky to protect the many friends, family and associates that helped foster her professional development.

The Wisser family prioritizes quality time with friends and family making memories. Monica enjoys walks with James and the girls to downtown Perrysburg to enjoy the local shops and restaurants.

Along the way Monica has been an eager participant in the community, both in Upper Sandusky and Northwest Ohio. She is an active member in the Chamber of Commerce for Sylvania and Wyandot County. Monica is a member of the Upper Sandusky Rotary, a member of Profit Partners Chapter of BNI, a HerHub of Greater Toledo member and belongs to Wharton Church of God as well as Northpoint Church in Toledo.

Growing up in Wharton, OH, Monica worked as a Customer Service Representative with the local American Family Insurance Agency in Upper Sandusky at just 16 years old. Her passion for working with and educating clients on how best to protect themselves began here. She continued as a CSR for the Nathan Young Agency in Perrysburg, OH throughout college and during her time as an Agent-In-Training.
